Benefits of Ownership

St. Regis Deer Valley Owners are members of the Roosevelt Condo Suites or Residence Owners Association. Annual dues for Condominiums and Residences are approximately $15.42 per SqFt annually (there is no distinction whether in rental management or not) and include, but are not limited to: 
All Property Insurance and Residential Association Insurance is included as well as a Master Liability Policy (our Owners buy Contents Insurance, some have bought Liability Insurance as well)
Utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer) resort/building trash removal, and basic TV / Internet (Owner is responsible for phone and upgraded TV / Internet)
Maintenance of all Association common areas including corridors, furnishings, exterior walkways, fire life safety, balcony / patio, elevator, building exterior and other exterior features (exterior upkeep such as snowmelt, pools and hot tubs, walkways and driveways, and landscape is 100% cost to the Hotel Owner and not the responsibility of the Home Owner)
Condo / Residence window washing (semi-annual, interior and exterior) deck /patio snow removal (as needed), and elevator service repair
Use of bell persons, door persons and certain St. Regis Deer Valley attendants
24 hour security
St. Regis Deer Valley offers a membership in the Deer Crest Club at a preferred rate for Owners
Maggie Alvarez is the Starwood / St. Regis Residential Manager on site, and her job is 100% to take care of Owner’s needs
One parking space for Condominiums, two for Residences
Access to the St. Regis Athletic Club and outdoor Pool / Hot Tubs are complimentary; Remède Spa & Amenities on a preferred basis for a nominal cost
Private locker, equipment / boot storage and Ski Valet / Staff with two on-site Jan’s Sports locations and Deer Valley ticket sales
St. Regis transportation / shuttle service – some complimentary; some à la carte fees. Complimentary valet parking at the Funicular and under the main St. Regis Deer Valley Hotel
There is no Transfer Fee In Deer Crest Estates / St. Regis Deer Valley
Deer Crest Master Association
Deer Crest Master Association dues are all included and include, but are not limited to: Entrance through private, manned 24/7 gates, road maintenance, common area maintenance.
Real Estate Property Tax
For second home owners in Wasatch County Property Taxes are slightly under 1%of the PSF Assessed Value (less than 0.05% for primary)
